There are many common topics and questions that arise when discussing mental health, and people often find comfort in knowing they are not alone or “weird” in some way. Not that weird is a bad thing! I actually think we should embrace all sides of ourselves, including what makes us unique or “weird.” This will be a blog discussing the way we think, mental health, and tools for shifting our thinking. It is a new endeavor for me combining my passion for mental health with my love for writing.
